Eric Faulkner, Senior Director of US Market Access and Reimbursement and Shahnaz Khan, Senior Director of Regulatory and Health Outcomes Strategy will host a roundtable discussion on Friday April 9 from 10:30-12:00 at the AMCP 22nd Annual Meeting, in San Diego, April 7-10, 2010.

The session, titled “Dossiers for Pharmaceuticals versus Diagnostics or Medical Devices”, will focus on the unique issues related to dossier development for a device or diagnostic.

Attendees will be able to:

• Identify similarities when submitting evidence to health care decision makers on the value of pharmaceutical products and devices or diagnostics
• Describe the differences between evidence requirements for pharmaceutical products versus devices or diagnostics
• Generate ideas for moving towards a standard format for dossier development for devices/diagnostics that is practical for these industries and also meets health decision maker requirements
