Registry and Survey Data Analysis
We provide statistical analysis support for registries and surveys that RTI-HS is implementing on behalf of our clients, and studies that our clients are implementing internally or with other service providers. We understand the special challenges associated with analyses of nonrandomized data, as found in patient registries, and we are skilled in applying techniques such as propensity score adjustments to control for treatment selection bias.
We have extensive experience handling data from large patient databases, such as the General Practice Research Database (GPRD), and conducting analyses of data from claims or electronic medical records. Such observational research may be used to evaluate potential safety signals, practice patterns or to understand better the real-world use of treatments.
We often work with our internal epidemiologists to implement and evaluate risk management programs, particularly in analyses of physician and patient surveys.
